About the Person
Barbara is globally responsible for attraction, selection, and onboarding for the Danish toy maker, the LEGO Group. As leader of a global team, her team is responsible for ensuring all internal and external hires are provided with a high touch candidate experience exhibiting the LEGO Brand and “People Promise”. Barbara has been with the LEGO Group for 16 years and has held several positions in human resources management, with abundant experience in the fields of workforce planning, recruitment strategy, compensation, employee relations, HR Partner, and HR systems. Prior to the LEGO Group, Barbara held training and HR manager roles in the retail sector. Barbara lives in Connecticut, holds a Bachelor`s in Science from the University of Massachusetts, and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources.
