Barbara Jobs is the Chief Talent Officer for Americas at Publicis Media Americas. Prior to that, Barbara served as the EVP, Global Director, HR & Talent for SMG, offering deep experience working within the media and marketing industry. She joined SMG`s parent company Publicis Groupe in 2009 to establish a talent function for the VivaKi Nerve Center. Previously, she held HR leadership roles at Performics and DoubleClick.
