About the Person
Barbara Ann Caine is the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Lakeland Bank. Caine joined the former NBSC, now Lakeland Bank, in March 1987 as a word processor/receptionist and transferred to human resources in 1988 as a clerk. She was promoted in 1994 to human resources assistant, left briefly in 1996, and returned as assistant director of human resources later that year. Caine was promoted to assistant treasurer, human resources in September 2011. She is a resident of Wantage.
