Barb Meredith was appointed as Director, Human Resources Peformance Excellence at Fiserv since May 2015. Mrs. Meredith manages Human Resource shared service center supporting 16,000 North American associates and define global Human Resource shared service strategy. Leverage analytics to identify risks and opportunities for Human Resource and define relevant improvement and transformation programs. Develop service performance metrics across all Human Resource functions, and drive outstanding service experience for our associates. Process design leadership for the Human Resource organization and provide governance and execution frameworks for effective and consistent delivery of projects and continuous improvement initatives. Implement and lead change, process and project governance and tracking across all Human Resource functions.
