The Company's Qualifying Transaction and a non-brokered private placement of $1 million were completed on September 5, 2006, which allowed the Company to enter into the Voigtberg and Toodogonne option agreements with Kaminak Gold Corp. and Stealth Minerals Ltd., respectively. Many of the Company's current shareholders are industry professionals and considered long-term investors.
