About the Person
As Vice President of Human Resources, Austin is responsible for building a high performing, and rewarding workplace within Workfront by overseeing our people, places and compliance at an enterprise level. Since joining Workfront, Austin has a proven track record of strategic growth and culture development within an organization and has a passion for building high performing, and happy employees. Austin also sits on the executive team as a trusted advisor on strategic HR development and company maturation. Austin has over a decade experience as a Human Resource and Talent Acquisition leader, and he specializes in creating and improving operational metrics, enhancing communication, and improving company drive toward top revenue. Prior to Workfront, Austin worked with CirclePix, Utah Valley University, SirsiDynix, and Omniture. Austin received his bachelor`s degree in Philosophy from Utah Valley University, and his Masters degree in Human Resource Leadership from Sullivan University. Austin is recognized in the Who’s Who of growing leaders in Utah, and is the most connected person we know. When Austin has free time he enjoys spending time with his three boys and beautiful wife. He also loves playing a good paintball game, reading, and watching football.
