About the Person
Responsible for performing human resources tasks on a daily basis. Assist with on-boarding of new hires: order equipment, input information into payroll provider, compile welcome materials, present benefit orientations, give office tours, create original materials for on-boarding process, etc. Point of contact for all new hire inquiries regarding health benefits, commuter benefits, 401k, life insurance, FSA, etc. Plan and execute employee wide events to promote positive work culture, including summer and holiday parties. Act as the face of FanDuel culture by planning events like happy hours, clubs, game nights, etc. Order all office supplies, snacks, and catered meals. Perform all administrative tasks needed to keep the office running smoothly.
