The premise of the original organization, founded by Harold Anderson and his family, was to make it as easy as possible for regional farmers to take their corn to market. About the Person
Arthur D. Depompei, also known as Art, serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at The Andersons, Inc. He has broad and extensive human resource leadership experience. He served as a Vice President of Human Resources of Degussa Construction Chemicals, LLC, Teledyne Fluid Systems and Specialty Equipment in Brecksville, Ohio. He is a Member of the Society for Human Resource Management, Human Resource Planning Society and World at Work. He holds the professional designations of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). Mr. DePompei earned his Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Management and Labor Relations from Cleveland State University.
