Anthony Griswold, Vice President of Strategy at Xerox Corporation. Anthony is a global leader with more than 20 years progressive international experience directing a wide range of formal and informal leadership development initiatives including needs assessments, leadership development strategies, critical leader roles, leadership development program management and leveraging social media tools to improve leader efficacy and efficiency. Prior to his role at Xerox, Anthony held positions at Avon Products and IBM. In his tenure at Avon, he managed a global leadership training needs assessment and supported the implementation of new global learning standards. At IBM, he served under multiple roles, including the direction of global online community services to support solution, sales and delivery operations for IBM Global Business Services. Anthony’s broad consulting expertise includes Integrated Leadership Development, Organizational Learning, Competency Modeling, Mergers and Acquisitions and Leadership Coaching and Development.
