Anthony S. Fogel, also known as Tony, has been Consultant of CIBER, Inc. since June 13, 2014. Mr. Fogel served as the Chief Human Resource Officer of CIBER, Inc. from March 2012 to June 13, 2014 and as its Senior Vice President from 2012 to June 13, 2014. Mr. Fogel served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at CIBER, Inc. since March 20, 2012. Mr. Fogel served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Level 3 Communications Inc. He served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Level 3 Communications LLC since August 24, 2010. Mr. Fogel has more than 20 years of human resources (HR) and business experience in technology, consumer products and financial services. He served in Senior Executive Human Resources roles at Level 3 Communications and international divisions of Lehman Brothers, and has driven successful talent management and professional development for global enterprises. He was responsible for global human resources activities, encompassing recruiting, talent management, organizational development, employee relations, executive coaching, compensation and benefits at Level 3 Communications Inc. At Lehman Brothers, he served as Managing Director and the Global Head of Human Resources for Asset Management, Private Equity and Private Banking. He served five years as the European and Middle Eastern Head of HR for Lehman in its London offices. He also served in Senior Human Resources roles with Morgan Stanley in New York and London, Care One and Marathon Asset Management. He served as Managing Director of Marathon Asset Management. Mr. Fogel served as Member of the Board of Advisors at Smartfish Technologies. He began his career and spent nearly a decade in Human Resources at PepsiCo, a leading academy company for Human Resources. He serves as Member of The Advisory Board at GooodJob.com. He served as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Ergowerx International, LLC. Mr. Fogel is a magna cum laude graduate of Northern Arizona University with degrees in both business and psychology and he completed Harvard Business School's strategic Human Resources Management Program.
