About the Person
Anne McNamara is the Vice President of Human Resources at Bell Media. Anne McNamara oversees Human Resources at Bell Media, including people leadership, talent development and change management. She brings more than 25 years of experience in corporate and operational environments to her role. Before joining Bell Media, McNamara spent more than 15 years at Astral Media, where most recently she was Chief HR Operations at Astral Media Inc., and Vice President, Human Resources and Industrial Relations, Astral Media Radio Inc. Prior to this she worked in large North American industries in unionized manufacturing settings, which gave her the ability to elaborate on strategic initiatives in all areas of human resources as well as labour relations. McNamara graduated from Concordia University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
