Anne Cleary is the Vice President of Human Resources at Wilbur-Ellis. Based in San Francisco, Anne will continue to provide leadership for the company`s people strategy, talent management, organizational design and succession planning, all components of the company`s strategic HR function she has championed and helped design. Over her 15 years with Wilbur-Ellis, Anne has helped build a global team of 30 human resource professionals worldwide. In addition to guiding the efforts of this global HR group for the company`s Feed business, Connell Brothers business, and Corporate Services group, Anne also provided significant dedicated support to Wilbur-Ellis Agribusiness and its Alignment for Growth initiative. Prior to joining Wilbur-Ellis, Anne served as the lead human resources and benefits manager for both public and private companies including Prescolite Lighting, Dual-Lite Co. and for several departments at the University of California, San Francisco. Anne currently serves on the governing board of the San Francisco Human Resources Executive Summit and on the USF School of Management Alumni Leadership Council.
