About the Person
Anne P. Byerlein-Hollan is the Chief People Officer for Yum! Brands Inc. and reports to the Chairman and CEO. She is responsible for global Human Resources, which include field and Restaurant Support Center recruiting, staffing, compensation, benefits, people development and training. Also falling under her umbrella are employee relations, diversity and inclusion, safety, security, facilities and aviation for all Yum! divisions. Prior to assuming her current role in late 2002, Byerlein was Chief People Officer for KFC and Vice President of Human Resources for Yum!, roles she held concurrent with one another. Previously, she was Vice President of Corporate Human Resources for PepsiCo, a position she held prior to the creation of Tricon Global Restaurants, Inc., (later changed to Yum! Brands, Inc.) in 1997.
