Ann Powell Judge has been Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company since June 26, 2016. Ms. Judge served as Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company since February 14, 2013. Prior to Bristol-Myers Squibb, Ms. Judge served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Shire Plc and Shire Pharmaceuticals. She has more than 20 years of broad international human resources experience across multiple industries. Ms. Judge served as Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at Shire Plc. Ms. Judge has over 20 years of global HR experience in the Pharmaceutical, Chemical, and Oil and Gas industries. Prior to Shire Pharmaceuticals, she was with Wyeth for six years, also served as the Corporate Human Resources Vice President for Wyeth`s Pharmaceutical Division. She joined to lead the global Human Resources team at Shire in late 2010. She spent 13 years at The Dow Chemical Company in a variety of HR positions of increasing scope and responsibility. She was based in Leipzig, Germany and Horgen, Switzerland, where she also supported the commercial Asia Pacific Region, before relocating to Philadelphia in late 2003. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Ms. Judge earned a BS degree in Psychology from Iowa State University and a Masters degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis.
