About the Person
Ann Driscoll designs, implements and manages programs that align with FCCI’s business goals to attract, retain and develop employees. Ann has spent nearly 30 years in human resources, and since she joined FCCI in 1997, she learned that “the insurance business is about building relationships and trust, and it’s the people who do that.” Working with a strong team and being part of a caring, compassionate company that does what’s right—not just for the business, but for its people—is what drives Ann. Her approach of partnering with leaders to give advice and help them build strong teams has strengthened the entire organization. Prior to her role as Vice President of Human Resources, Ann worked at FCCI as a recruiter, HR manager and HR director. She earned her B.B.A. in finance from St. Bonaventure University in New York. Ann serves as FCCI’s volunteer facilitator for Children First in Sarasota.
