About the Person
Angela McConnell was hired as the Human Resources Director in July 2015. In this role, she is responsible for performing a variety of Human Resources management functions including benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment, developing and implementation of Human Resources activities and programs. She provides guidance and administrative support as needed to employees and management and also supervises the Human Resources staff in the Goldbelt Herndon, Virginia office. Prior to joining Goldbelt, Angela served as Senior Human Resource Business Partner with ManTech International Corporation. Previous experience includes Consultant/Human Resources Manager with InfoPro, Incorporated; Senior Human Resources Manager & Director of Human Resources with Whitney, Bradley & Brown; and as Human Resources Director with Mardeck, Limited. Originally from the United Kingdom, Angela earned a Bachelor of Arts in Personnel Management and a Master of Arts in Strategic Human Resource Management from Kingston University.
