About the Person

Angela Dailey is the First Vice President and Director of Human Resources at Capitol Federal Savings Bank.   Dailey will oversee the Human Resources department for the entire Bank from Capitol Federal`s Topeka office. Dailey comes to Capitol Federal from Brewster Place, a Topeka retirement community where she served as the Chief Operation Officer for more than 15 years.   Dailey earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Emporia State University in 1991. She is a Master Volunteer with Kansas 4-H, Topeka South Rotary Member and a YWCA Board Member.   Dailey is also currently a participant in the 2016 Leadership Greater Topeka Class.
