As the Human Resources Business Partner for these lines, Angela will work closely with business leaders to maximize organizational effectiveness through our core HR processes. Craft Williams brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations and strategic planning expertise to Fifth Third. Throughout her career, she has used her skills to drive business results. Most recently, the 48-year-old executive served as Vice President Human Resources for Follett Higher Education Group, a division of Follett, Inc., the nation`s largest operator of college retail stores and educational products, where she led a team of HR professionals responsible for a more than 950 locations and 900 virtual campus stores in the U.S. and Canada. Craft Williams also held leadership roles in both HR and talent acquisition for Kohl`s, GAP, and JC Penney. She received her undergraduate degree in business administration from Ursuline College and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace University, both in Ohio.
