Williams, also known as Andy, is Vice President of Safety, Health and Environment at Pacific Gas and Electric Company. \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n He is responsible for leading employee and contractor safety programs, working with all lines of business to ensure compliance, identify safety risks and solutions and develop best safety practices. Williams also oversees the company`s environmental policies, including permitting, compliance, remediation and land stewardship management.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n Williams has over 20 years of experience in the utility industry. Most recently, he served as the vice president of Human Resources for Pacific Gas and Electric Company, responsible for Labor Relations and the delivery of human resources programs and policies for the utility. Prior to joining PG&E, Williams was Senior Counsel at PPL, an Allentown, PA-based Fortune 500 energy company.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n Williams received a bachelor`s degree in economics from Louisiana State University, and a law degree from Loyola University, where he was a member of the Loyola Law Review. Williams is admitted to the State Bar Associations of Louisiana, Florida and Pennsylvania.\r\n
