About the Person

Andrew Pryor is the Chief Human Resources Officer.  Prior to Anthelio, Andrew served as Vice President of Human Resources for BerylHealth, a service provider for hospitals, healthcare systems and physician practices.   He was instrumental in helping design resource strategies that resulted in his former company being named 2nd Best to Work for in America, top 100 Company in Healthcare, and top 25 employer. He comes to Anthelio with over 25 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and has a proven track record of success in employee engagement, career development and utilizing HR platform to help grow the company.   In 2012, Andrew co-authored the book SMILE GUIDE – Employee Perspectives on Culture, Loyalty and Profit.   Having served as Senior Business Partner to Bell Helicopter’s Engineering Division where he was responsible for the HR team providing support services to 2,600 Aero-Space Engineers will be critical to strengthening business partner relationships throughout Anthelio.   He also worked for ten years at Nokia Mobile Phones serving as the Senior Human Resource Manager for five thousand employees engaged in the global manufacturing and distribution of mobile phones. After graduating from The University of Texas at Arlington, Andrew was named as a White House Intern by President George H. W. Bush.     Andrew is a graduate of the University of Texas Arlington where he currently sits on the Advisory Board for the Graduate School of Business.   He is also a Past President of the Fort Worth Human Resource Management Association.
