He was VP Human Resources at Hubbell Electrical Systems from October 2013 – December 2014; Director Organizational Development and Talent Management at Hubbell Power Systems from February 2009 – October 2013; Director Human Resources, MEMC Electronic Materials, May 1995 – August 2005; and Labor Relations Representative, Continental Baking Company, subsidiary of Ralston, June 1986 – May 1995.
