Andrew L. Lamberto is the Director of Human Resources at County of San Bernardino, California. He has been the Director of Human Resources at County of San Bernardino since 2005. Previously, he has served at Los Angeles Sheriff`s Department. Mr. Lamberto`s career with the Sheriff`s Department began in 1991, as a Special Services Assistant I at Administrative Services Division. In 1994 he was promoted to Administrative Services Manager III. Since 1997 Mr. Lamberto has held various command positions as Assistant Director of Bureau Operations, Director of Bureau Operations, and Assistant Division Director in the Administrative Services Division. Mr. Lamberto holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management from Moravian College and a Master of Arts Degree in Organizational Management from University of Phoenix and Central Michigan University. He has also served as an adjunct professor with California State University, Long Beach (in the LASDU program), National University and the University of Phoenix. He has conducted numerous seminars for various public agencies within California. He is published in the subject of Labor Relations. Mr. Lamberto resides in Rancho Santa Margarita with his wife, Joanna and his daughter, Hailey. In his spare time Mr. Lamberto enjoys sports, outdoor activities, coaching, teaching, and spending time with his family and friends.
