Andrew ‘Flip’ Filipowski is a serial entrepreneur who has achieved global recognition as a technology guru through the sale of his business Platinum Technologies. More recently Flip has been Chair of SilkRoad Technologies delivering Talent Management Technologies to the global market. This business grew in 10 years to over $50 million dollar revenues and created the “onboarding category.” Recognised by both Merrill Lynch and Ernst & Young as global entrepreneur of the year, Flip is undoubtedly an expert in the HCM technology space and a visionary.
