Prior to joining the Miami Marlins, she spent 6 years as the Human Resources Manager for the Omni Colonnade in Coral Gables. She also spent several years at the Sheraton Latin American Headquarters in Miami. She has an AA from Miami-Dade College. She was born in Havana, Cuba and moved to Miami when she was 1 year old. Ana and her husband Armando, have two children Paola and Christian.
