About the Person
Since joining 3M in 2009, Amy has assumed increasing responsibilities in Talent Acquisition and recruiting, and now is a Human Resources Supervisor, in this role Amy is the Human Resources Business Partner for 3M Canada`s Business Services, Finance, Lab and R&D Organizations as well as the Electronic & Energy Markets Business Group and is also responsible for 3M Canada`s rewards and Recognition program “We Are 3M”. Prior to that, Amy worked in Vancouver as an HR Generalist at Sage Software and an HR Advisor for Cannacord Capital, her first role was at General Dynamics Land Systems Canada as an Export Compliance Analyst. Amy graduated from the University of Western Ontario in Administrative and Commercial Studies (concentration in Organization and Human Resources Management), Fanshawe College Human Resources Management and Occupational Health and Safety, and received her CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) designation in 2008, Most recently she became an Accredited Recognition & Engagement Professional (REP).
