About the Person

As Head of Human Resources at Localytics, Amy is responsible for partnering with leadership to drive an employee strategy that aligns talent programs with key business initiatives. She is also responsible for leading the implementation of scalable programs and HR systems to support the company`s continued growth and champion its culture and values.   Amy is an industry veteran with vast experience driving employee programs to support growth and culture at start-up to mid-size organizations. Prior to Localytics, she served as the VP of HR at Compete, taking the organization from 75 employees to 175 employees in 1.5 years. While in the role, she saw the organization through multiple successful mergers and acquisitions, including the 2013 merger of Compete and Dynamic Logic that formed Millward Brown Digital, where she was named the SVP of HR.   Amy also served as the HR leader at Matchmine, a 50 person start-up, and Iron Mountain Digital, where she oversaw HR through growth from $100M to $250M.   In her spare time Amy can be found in the South End playing tennis, visiting museums or attempting to paint her own works of art.
