About the Person

Amit Johari is the Chief People Officer at Fractal Analytics.   With over 17 years of human resource management experience in the consumer goods, financial services and information technology industries, Mr. Johari leads the Human Capital team globally and develops and manages the company’s HR analytics practice.   Johari joined Fractal from Ernst & Young, where he was part of the People & Organizational Advisory practice.   Johari also spearheaded HR functions at Nomura Holdings, Inc.   Johari received his postgraduate diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Xavier Labour Relations Institute School of Management in Jamshedpur, India. He also earned a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi.
