The Arc Rockland With over 700 employees, we are among the largest employers in Rockland County and have a solid history of more than 60 years of service to the community. We work hand-in-hand with individuals and families to ensure that each person is an integral member of the community. We provide supports and services to more than 1,300 people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities. As we look back, the Mule Deer Foundation has grown from just a dream of Emmett Burroughs, into one of the leading wildlife conservation groups in North America. MDF may not have the largest membership numbers (yet!), but we are now putting hundreds of thousands of dollars on the ground each year, which are directly helping mule deer.
