We represent 60+ members with more than 450,000 covered lives in East and Middle TN. HC21 continues to pioneer local market changes by innovating and implementing new strategies in the emerging health benefits market. We were honored to be awarded the 2011 National Business Coalition on Health’s Membership Award for Superior Leadership in Value Based Purchasing. HC21 is a national leader in publishing patient safety information, a national leader in encouraging provider transparency, a regional leader in health plan evaluation, and a regional leader in promoting consumerism.
