About the Person
Allan Calonge has joined Mercy Health (formerly Catholic Health Partners) as Vice President, Compensation and Benefits. Calonge is responsible for compensation and benefits across CHP, including health, welfare, retirement and compensation. Prior to joining Mercy Health, Calonge worked at Catholic Health Initiatives for more than six years, most recently as Director of Health and Welfare Plans. He began his career at Mercer Consulting, where he worked on numerous health and benefit engagements in Detroit, Columbus and Cincinnati. Calonge, a graduate of Sycamore High School and Miami University, resides with his wife, Vicki, and daughter in Dent, on the West Side of Cincinnati.
