Alister is an Human Resources executive with over 15 years international experience in creating and implementing performance management processes leading to successful executive and leader development programs. His areas of responsibility include Corporate People & Organisation (PO) and Executive and Leadership Development (ELD). Among other areas, Alister is also responsible for People@Statoil (the world class performance management process), leadership development and talent management.
