Albert D`Attilio served as Director of Human Resources at City of Philadelphia.   D`Attilio has been director since 2008 and is a former director of human resources at Philadelphia Gas Works.   As an employment and labor attorney and a seasoned HR Professional, he possesses a unique combination of talent, skills and experience that enables him to offer my HR clients strategic but practical business and legal advice to avoid or minimize litigation risks.   He has handled labor arbitrations and civil trials in the area of employment and civil rights, and has been able to parlay those unique skills and experiences in his daily HR work.
