About the Person
Aileen Gipson performed a broad range of operational and strategic Human Resources functions, including talent management, training and development, business partnering with leaders for organizational needs and cultural development, develop orientation and reward and recognition programs. Manage leave-of-absence programs and personnel records; manage employee relations, performance management, compile statistical HR metrics such as turnover, safety incidents, work environment survey, administer benefits programs and handle HR generalist workplace issues.
