Elizabeth City State University is a constituent institution of the University of North Carolina. The InterAmerican College is dedicated to providing education for working adult students, immigrants and Latinos that have been denied higher education because of their gender, race, ethnicity or economic status. InterAmerican College has four colleges in the US and the National City campus is the second one located in the state of California.
