Ford`s success and growth in formulating PCO, Animal Health and Consumer products drew the attention of Roussel Bio Corporation, which acquired Ford`s in 1989. Control Solutions continued as a family owned business and built on to the commitment of serving the professional pest control and retail markets after the Ford`s sale to Roussel. Since that time, CSI has added product lines for the Industrial, Lawn and Garden, Animal Health and Biocide markets, and is working with 80 + distributors serving those markets.
