Everything changed when the #metoo movement hit this past year and we, along with the rest of the world, have watched old systems of power crumble. And yet, as the collective consciousness has raised around us, we think that there is still a reckoning that needs to occur within HR. We are inspired by the myriad movements that have formed and yet, one of the most important audiences has been left out of the conversation so far: us. So, we sent out a test balloon in the form of an Instagram account. We began calling out our fellow HR professionals for being part of the problem, and calling on HR to figure out how to be the solution. And what started as a simple Instagram account has very quickly become a global movement and thriving community of disruptors. We`d love for you to join us.
