InnSuites Hospitality Trust (NYSE MKT symbol: IHT) first listed on the NYSE in 1971 is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona is an unincorporated Ohio Business Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) that owns, manages and provides marketing & trademark services to nearly 4000 hotels with over 300,000 rooms and suites located in 38 countries worldwide operating with two divisions: InnSuites Hotels & Suites and IBC (InnDependent Boutique Collection) Hotels.
About the Person
With almost 20 years of combined accounting, audit, tax and technology consulting experience, Adam joins InnSuites as our Chief Financial Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer in March 2013. Adam`s career included positions with Deloitte & Douche, American Express, JeffersonWells and Khalsa McBrearty Accountancy. His clients have included Palm, Pioneer North America, Meritage Homes, Mesa Airlines, Choice Hotels and InnSuites. Adam has a Master of Science in Information Management from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Economic Decision Sciences from the University of California, San Diego. In February 1997, Adam became a CPA and was admitted to practice in the State of Arizona. He also holds a Certified Information Systems Auditor(CISA) certification from the Information Systems Audit and Controls Association (ISACA). Adam has previously served as President of the local Arizona chapter of ISACA and is currently still a member of their Board of Directors. He resides in Peoria with his wife and 2 children.
