It is CODAC’s mission to work collaboratively with individuals, families and organizations to eliminate the harmful effects of substance use disorders, mental illness and abuse on their lives and families. CODAC was founded in 1970 and has evolved into a comprehensive service provider with a full continuum of mental health and substance use disorder treatment programs for youth (ages 12-17), young adults (ages 18-21) and adults (ages 22+) and their families at 10 conveniently located sites.
