About the Person

Mr. Abilio Gonzales served as the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at Solera Holdings Inc. from August 2009 to October 1, 2014. Mr. Gonzales served as the Chief People Officer of Cott Corp. from July 27, 2006 to August 25, 2008 and was responsible for transforming Cott's performance management and target setting system, talent development and training systems and compensation strategy. Mr. Gonzalez has global senior level Human Resources experience in world-class companies including Proctor and Gamble, PepsiCo and Panamco. He served as General Manager in Human Resources of Microsoft Corporation. Mr. Gonzalez has a B.Sc. degree in Mathematics and Physics from Emporia State University and a M.Sc. degree in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University.
