Abigail Meredith is the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Ambassador Health. In the director role, Meredith is responsible for oversight of operations within the human resources department at each of Ambassador Health`s four skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, located in Nebraska City, Lincoln, Omaha, and Sidney, Iowa. As the corporate director of human resources, Meredith`s responsibilities include: corporate compliance, workers compensation claims management, health insurance plan design, and training. She will also lead the organization`s wellness program, Be Well University. Meredith is a native of western Nebraska. She relocated to attend college at Peru State, where she graduated with a bachelor`s degree in psychology in 2012. After receiving her degree, Meredith moved to Nebraska City, where she now resides with her husband, Chris Meredith. Prior to joining Ambassador Health, Meredith was employed at Omaha Public Power District (OPPD), first as a transmission and distribution clerk and then as an associate ll, where she was able to build upon her formal education in developing communication skills and various leadership roles.
