What that means they are willing to deny the borrower the benefit of the Reverse Mortgage because it does not meet their elite criteria. Everyone who comes to us has a specific need and want, regardless of whether they are the perfect A+ borrower or not. So our job is to make sure all those needs are met in a fast, efficient, and low cost manner.
