We select only the most proficient and motivated candidates to join our team, from nurses` aides to therapists. Once on board, our staff is continuously trained in current treatment modalities to keep them up-to- date. They also receive extensive sensitivity training, which is reflected in their interactions with residents, and ultimately results in improved resident outcomes.
