Segerstrom Center for the Arts is a leading performing arts complex located in Costa Mesa, California. Established in 1986 and renamed in 2011, it spans 14 acres and is recognized as Orange County’s largest non-profit arts organization. The Federal Community Defender Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, an office within the Defender Association of Philadelphia, is the designated Federal Community Defender Organization for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Since its creation in 1972, the Federal Community Defender Office has been funded to render Defender Services to individuals who are unable to afford counsel and who are under investigation for, or charged with, violations of the laws of the United States, and to federal death-sentenced prisoners in Pennsylvania and elsewhere, when appointed. Upon appointment by the District Court or the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the office provides representation for individuals who have been subpoenaed to appear before investigating Grand Juries, who are named defendants in criminal complaints, or who have been indicted by a Grand Jury. The representation, once undertaken, remains throughout the pendency of the proceedings, up to and including applications for relief to the Supreme Court of the United States. In addition, upon appointment, the office represents state and federal prisoners who are seeking relief by way of Habeas Corpus application in both the District Court and the Court of Appeals.

The Companys lead clinical program, GEN-1, is a DNA-based immunotherapy for the localized treatment of advanced ovarian cancer currently in Phase II development. GEN-1 works by instructing the body to produce safe and durable levels of powerful cancer fighting molecules, such as interleukin-12 (IL-12) and interferon gamma (IFN-γ), at the tumor site. In addition, we are conducting pre-clinical proof-of-concept studies on a nucleic acid vaccine candidate targeting SARS-CoV-2 virus in order to validate our PLACCINE platform. IMUNONs platform technologies are based on the delivery of nucleic acids with novel synthetic delivery systems that are independent of viral vectors or devices. We will continue to leverage these platforms and to advance the technological frontier of plasmid DNA to better serve patients with difficult to treat conditions.
