About the Person

My focus and passion can be summarized in one word... transformation! From a career perspective, I continue to focus on helping drive strategic change within the HR function through the intersection of technology, business process, actionable analytics and the user community/stakeholders. I get energized by solving complex business problems since they represent opportunities for transformation and change. I am also passionate about the development of people as well as building high performing and engaged teams. All that said, I am about a lot more than my career. Personally, I continue my own transformational journey after the loss of my son. This has brought focus on my personal mission which is to spark thoughts and ideas in others through my writing so that they may discover a path of hope.
