About the Person
My focus and passion can be summarized in one word... transformation! From a career perspective, I continue to focus on helping drive strategic change within the HR function through the intersection of technology, business process, actionable analytics and the user community/stakeholders. I get energized by solving complex business problems since they represent opportunities for transformation and change. I am also passionate about the development of people as well as building high performing and engaged teams. All that said, I am about a lot more than my career. Personally, I continue my own transformational journey after the loss of my son.
