About the Person

A. Jeanine Hoover is the Vice President of Human Resources at Armed Forces Benefit Association, effective September 3, 2014.   Hoover came to AFBA from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where she served as Vice President of Human Resources. She joined NCMEC in 2000 after many years of experience in all areas of human resources.   Hoover is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Additionally, she received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from Le Moyne College of Syracuse, NY.   She has completed some graduate work at the University of Maryland, College Park; and is completing her Master of Science in Management, Human Resources with the Catholic University of America, Washington, DC.
